Had a check engine on our RV while passing thru Wausau. Stoped at West Side Auto. They check the code and since it was under Mercedes warranty, they helped us find a MB dealer et towing. They were very helpful and did not even charge us.

Last week my car started having issues accelerating while on my way home to Colorado. I called west side auto explained our situation and they were able to get us in ASAP. Thankfully it was a “quick” fix and we were back on the road in under two hours. Great customer service, great mechanics. Very greatful for them!
Hands down the best shop in the area! Great staff, fair and reasonable prices, honest service, and quality work! They take the time to explain the issues and repairs as best they can; as a single woman, I have never been talked down to, and they work hard to get my vehicle in as soon as possible. I cannot recommend this shop enough!

I came in on a crisis. Hundreds of miles from my home it started misfiring and all the lights came on. I limped the car about 8.5 miles to get there and they took critical time out of their day, and made me a smiling customer. Now the car runs great and sorry Wausau, I'm. Passersby now. Thanks for solving my average problem under extraordinary care. Thanks for getting me back on the road Brian! AAA 100% ☆☆☆☆☆
