We are sorry it took so long to get in and appreciate you waiting. We do our best get emergencies in as quickly as we can even if we are booked. While having our schedule booked for a few weeks can be a good problem from a business standpoint, we understand how frustrating it can be from a customer side. Thank you for your patience as we have grown faster than we anticipated since moving.
