This place was very close to getting five stars with me. There was nothing wrong with the company or the staff. The problem is with the car that they gave me. It must not have been checked out or something because when I got it I drove it for 4 days and the system told me that the battery was almost dead. Otherwise a very good establishment.

Absolutely garbage! Zero communication. Excuses over and over again. They’ve had my car for FIFTY ONE days. It’s not exotic, parts are not hard to find. This experience with BRB is the worst thing I have ever experienced related to a service/auto body repair shop. If you need a vehicle repaired quickly and or correctly, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD… take it somewhere else!
