Went in due to a grinding noise my car was making and they told me a list of things needed to be replaced. Adding up to several thousand dollars. Brought the car to several other people for a second opinion and they told it needed none of that. A simple alignment would take care of it. The places I brought it into even went part by part to show me why it was fine and what to look for. Do not trust this company they’ll cost you thousands in unnecessary repairs. It’s sick what their doing to people. Thought they were a business you trust but it turns out their liars and frauds. Very disappointed with the people here.

Absolutely WONDERFUL service. I needed a flat tire repaired and Carlos came out and fixed it in about 3 minutes. Super friendly guy who was also my driver when I needed a tow to KNAUZ in Lake Bluff. The lady in the office was exceptionally kind both times and I couldn't recommend them enough. It was raining when I had the flat and she dispatched Carlos super fast! I would give them 100/100 for friendliness, speed, and general satisfaction. HIGHLY recommend them! : ) UPDATE: I was driving by right at close and I pulled over for a quick question. Kyle and Chris were ready to get the heck off work for the night, but they graciously answered a battery question for me and even took a quick peek to make sure my connections were secure. ONCE AGAIN, wonderful service at McDevitt's! These 2 guys were so kind and respectful, and they didn't even have to do any of it. Could have easily said, "Sorry, we're off the clock but you're welcome to come by tomorrow." but no... They took the time to help a damsel in distress when they didn't have to. A+++++
