I have geico roadside assistance and they called this tow company to come tow my vehicle from my work. Because I lost all of my oil on the way to work. I called them multiple times specific instructions on where to put the vehicle and they said they were on their way. So 3 to 5 hrs later my vehicle still wasnt picked up. So i called antioch automotive to see what was taking so long. They told me that they canceled the work order and did not contact the insurance company because they couldnt leave the area for some unknown reason. Meanwhile the whole time my vehicle was park with the keys in it and could have been stolen because they need the keys to turn the wheel and etc.... but im a truck driver and had to get on the road or i was gonna be late. I told geico everything that happened and to not use this company anymore, weather they do it or not idk but I highly recommend no one use this company because they will just leave you hung out to dry.
This guy was fantastic! Truly a great business. Thank you

This is the most inhumane company I've ever come across I was hit head on in a collision and it wasn't my fault. I've lost my car since it's totaled and an currently pregnant. This company won't let me get my baby shower gifts out of the car till they are paid
They told my friend his Dodge Durango wasn't salvageable and offered him $250 for it. Shortly after he took the money they put it up for sale in front of their building.
Excellent service. And within my price range. I recommend making an appointment.
