We were hoping for the 5 star experience however after spending $1400 and 3 separate repairs we still have the same issue we took the car in for. The owner then told us we needed to get what we needed fixed, fixed. Unfortunately it seemed like they didn’t want our business. We had taken another vehicle that had an appointment for service (40 mile round trip for 2 vehicles) to be dropped off and were told they couldn’t/wouldn’t do the gasket repair. We even had the parts and we’re willing to pay the $110 extra. They came highly recommended, so disappointed in their lack of communication and services. Huge waste of time and money for us.

I'm sorry that you were unsatisfied. Sometimes it is hard to determine what is actually making the noise when there are a few worn-out parts in need of replacing. The dealership we ordered the valve covers from gave us a date for arrival and they never let me know they were on backorder. I'm sorry but I let you know as soon as I found out what happened. That is why we couldn't do that repair as I mentioned, and there are certain parts on a vehicle we do not install as aftermarket parts, because of issues. We do offer a 2 year 24,000 mile warranty on our service and any parts we ordered and replaced, please let us know if any are not functioning properly or if there is anything else we can do to make this right.
