Anyone that lives in the area or breaks down in the area like we did this is the place to go. Our 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 165K miles started sputtering on our trip from Southern Illinois to Northern Minnesota and we were able to limp it over to Days Tire. Even though they were swamped with other customers, and for good reason, Jason took time out of his busy schedule to hook the diagnostic computer up to troubleshoot our issue. Unfortunately the computer was not specific and just pointed him towards an issue with number 5 cylinder. He told me it would require much more time and troubleshooting. As you can imagine their schedule was already full but with a little creativity they were able to manipulate their appointments to get us in first thing in the morning at 0800 and recommended a nearby hotel for the night. When we showed up at 0700 the next morning to wait we were greeted by the owner, Jameson, who handed us a set of keys to a loaner car and encouraged us to go to Chippewa Falls and spend some time site seeing and not be stuck waiting at the shop. What a great idea while we were out having a good time seeing the sites Jameson and his crew were hard at it, trouble shooting, sourcing parts and fixing the Jeep. Nothing about the job was easy not even finding the parts. It would take days to locally source all the parts that was needed but Jason was able to call around the neighboring towns and find them all and get them to the shop in a matter of hours. By 2:30 in the afternoon they not only had our vehicle repaired they even washed it! You will not find better customer service and qualified mechanics any where else. I just don’t know what else to say, I told Jason that we were really appreciative and that it was just hard to believe all they did for a couple of strangers that they had never met and will probably never see again. Jason told me that they strive to treat all of their customers as if they were on the other side of the counter. Wow! Where do you hear that in this day and age. Of course it is all in how you handle life’s curve balls when they are thrown at you but having a serious breakdown in the middle of a 800 mile trip and then by the grace of God be brought to the doorstep of Day’s Tire, only they could have turned a stressful time into part of our vacation. If you need work done on a vehicle and live within a hundred miles of Bloomer Wisconsin you would be crazy to go anywhere else. 20 star rating!

This place did what we needed quoted us a couple hundred dollars less then the actual cost which is kind of expected but I don’t like when they charge me to use my credit card. Our repair was 1400. dollars then the additional 4% fee sucked

We were stuck at a rest stop outside of town with a car issue and Jameson came out after hours on a Saturday to get us then made sure we were personally taken care of due to being stranded. Could not recommend them enough! Felt like they cared above and beyond!

We were 200 miles from home heading for fishing trip in Minnesota stopped at the Kwick trip and realized we ha a flat tire on the boat trailer and ran into the owner of this business at 6:45 am and he said he would open for us and change it for us. Super people and what service highly recommend!!

Good mechanics who dumb stuff down enough for you to understand what may or may not be wrong with your car. As well as being thorough, they do their jobs well. Will be coming back.
