Great service at a more than reasonable price. Everyone there is extremely accommodating, efficient, and extremely nice. They won't try to upsell you on anything. They will lay out your options, and guide you through everything. I will never take mine, or my wife's car anywhere else. Kudos on such a well run business.

If I could give Helwig more than 5 stars, I would. My family and I happened upon this shop after we unfortunately broke down on the highway en route to the Cave of the Mounds, driving from the Milwaukee area. With an exceptionally long wait time from AAA and two young kids in the car, we called Helwig, and despite being booked up before a holiday weekend, they were willing to help us out. They were able to connect us to a tow truck driver who was there within minutes. The shop itself is fantastic. I can tell the owners truly care by the attention to detail. As a mom, I very much appreciated the kids area with coloring books and toys. The kids enjoyed some hot chocolate while we waited. After a bit, the mechanic came out to show us the part that had failed, and to our amazement, they had called one in from the local Napa that was on its way over. We were fixed up in less than hour, and still had time to make it to our destination. We are so thankful to Helwig Auto Clinic for helping us out in what otherwise would have been a VERY long day.
