I have never had such a disappointing company to work with. Appointment made 3 weeks ago to drop off my vehicle with a need for a rental for today. Check to see if process was completed before I arrived and it had NOT been processed. The problems are never ending!

I brought my car in on Dec 12 at 8 am and they didn't have a rental car ready for me. I had to come back the next day. That was my first frustration. I got the car back on January 13 and the body work looked good. Yeah! The only thing that was off was that the blind spot monitors were turned off. I had to return the vehicle to get that fixed. It's still there now because they had to order a sideview mirror. Hopefully, I'll get the car back today. Update: Car still isn't fixed. They did install the new mirror but that didn't fix it. They can't seem to figure out how to turn on the blind spot indicator. I've got a rental until Tuesday. They called on Monday and the car was fixed so happy day! I'm glad to have my car back. Wait, not so fast. After driving the car for a week, I realized that I can't adjust the sideview mirror. I'm taking it back on Monday, January 30. Just dropped off the car so hopefully they will fix it this time. I'm picking up the vehicle today, Feb 2 and the problem has been fixed, plus they compensated me in cash for the extra time it took to bring in the vehicle. So, they earned back a star. They did do their part to satisfy me as a customer.
