Jason of Certified Auto diagnosed our problem, ordered the part and repaired our van on a Friday afternoon when our van blew a hose on our way home through Wisconsin to MN. He was kind and solved our problem for a reasonable cost. Thank you Jason.
You guys are horrible and scam a lot of people. 🖕I broke down in black river falls and was taken to this mechanic when I was traveling from Chicago to Wisconsin. They said it would take a week to replace my engine and it already took 1000 dollars and I had to get help from my parents. I was 19, and then it turned out to be a month then they raised my bill without telling me and told me they had to replace a few parts. And then not even a week later my car broke down. Not good, wouldn’t recommend.they will take advantage of you
Jason always does a great job on our vehicles. We recently had the air conditioning repaired on our shop truck and he did a great job and got it done in a timely manner so we could get back to work with it. We always appreciate the great service at Certified Auto!
