They treat you like family every time. If you want your car / truck fixed right the first time without the scare tactics of a normal repair shop then this the place to come to. Never had to worry about being raked over the coals getting while getting my truck repaired. The only place I call is Fickau’s when my truck isn’t acting right .

Fickau Service Center is the only place you should take your vehicle if you need repairs, or maintenance. I have bought tires for my 2004 Explorer, had multiple things fixed on my 2010 Prius after an automobile accident, and have also taken my vehicle to Fickau for other items that needed to be fixed. They always do a fantastic job. Fickau is also upfront about the problem(s), and answered all of my questions, in a way that was easy to understand. And, the pricing, their rates are great, very fair, and they do not try and sell you unneeded or unwanted services or products. This place has integrity, I trust them, and so can you. I highly recommend them, and I will continue to be a customer.

My wifes 2011 Honda Pilot and my 2010 oil guzzling GMC Sierra has had a decent amount of work done at Fickau with no regrets! Both Pete and Mike have nothing but the best in customer service in mind coupled with never having to quetion their repairs or labor! We will be back, if something arises!
