I never used the mechanic services, but I did look at a car to purchase on the lot. KBB and Car Max both showed that the vehicle was overpriced by 25-30% and that was the value of what an actual dealership would list it at, not a small independent auto dealership. I offered 14% less than what Kyle was asking and he said no. He told me "Inventory is too hard to come by right now so I need to get as much as I can out of each vehicle". Two weeks later (after I already purchased another vehicle at Meeker Hill, great place btw!) sure enough I get notified that he reduced the price to what I offered in the first place. This is a pretty good example of how NOT to do business.

Thank you for your feedback and it was not our intent to anger you. We are a licensed dealership with the state of Wisconsin and can only do what we believe to be best in that moment. We are not out to take advantage of anybody. We simply go by the market, which is very volatile and we have to balance multiple valuations to get a clear picture. There are a lot of opinions on vehicle values (kbb, nada, cargurus, edmunds, mmr, carmax, etc). We try to use an assessment of them all. They aren't always right and each situation is unique. There are a lot of variables that go into what we accept for an offer. Do we make judgement calls that can change? Of course. Each one of us here have been doing this a very long time and do our best to be fair, recondition properly and offer quality vehicles. Above all we are honest and care about our customers.
