Did a great job fixing the fender and matching the paint on my truck

I was so disappointed when I went in to get a quote on body work for our Ford F150 & found Duane no longer owns it. But...I could have dealt with that. The man who waited on me (I assume the new owner since he was just opening up for the day) said he would email the quote to us. I've never heard back from him. He was very unorganized, just writing things down on post it notes. I won't be returning to them.

Had some work done recently here and for the excessive prices they charge here you would think they would do a better job of matching paint. They used a completely different shade of white on a bumper I had replaced. The whole process took forever it seemed like also. Not To mention it’s in a pretty sketchy part of town. Pretty solid work besides that though.

I brought in a 2003 lx470 in 2023. My insurance company had totaled it. Driver's door was smashed, bumpers and running boards tweaked. Scratches, etc. These folks had it looking better than before I wrecked it. And I had $ left over from the insurance claim. Friendly, professional service. You better believe I'll be buying the shop hands some beer.

After having been attacked by a road “rager” on the Florida Turnpike my 2020 Subaru Crosstrek required body repairs to the front bumper and left side. I chose Drevdahl because I live here, know they have had a good reputation for many years, dealt with them once before when a previous vehicle was totaled, and because the other place I might have considered was “by appointment only”. They were up front with me as to the time it would take to get parts and the time frame to make repairs. The counter staff impressed me me with their friendliness, respect for me, honesty, integrity, and efficiency. Their ability to handle the insurance gauntlet gets 5 stars on its own. The body shop replaced parts as well as doing straightening and painting.. As the 4 “before” photos and 3 “after” photos show, the car was made completely whole without any flaws or mismatched alignment of body parts. The color blend is exact. The front bumper contains many sensors. All work perfectly after the replacement. After having to wait for parts to arrive from Japan, Drevdahl expedited the repairs. I felt like it was sincerely important to them to get me back into my car as soon as possible. The cost was quite reasonable for which I would have been grateful if the situation had been different and I was paying out of pocket. I am quite pleased with Drevdahl Auto Body. Yes! Use them.
