Had a great first experience at Christen Brothers Service! My fiancé and I just moved to the area from Madison, and I was hesitant to find a new shop but didn't want to commute all the way back to Madison just for a car service. I spent half as much money at Christen Brothers for the exact same service compared to my last place, and my service was done in half the time! They were incredibly nice and the customer service was excellent; not something I’ve experienced at other shops.

Very accommodating. Willing to explain the price breakdown when asked. I enjoy their loyalty card for oil changes—every 5th oil change is free. It’s convenient that they also give you a sticker with the date or mileage for when an oil change is due. They provide the option to pick-up the car from your house if you’re local, which has made maintenance days hassle free.

I had a problem with my windshield wipers installed at my oil change and they replaced with questions.
