A couple months ago my freshly 18 year old brother totaled his truck and it had been since Don owned the place that we’ve used their services and truly thought no one could do better than he could. But from the moment I called, the receptionist was so pleasant, the technician had all the time in the world to answer my questions, and they were happy to handle some strange circumstances with the insurance for us. But to top it off, we showed up at 7pm to clean the truck out and realized we needed the key to get the mileage for the insurance. The lights were on in the shop, and I knocked on the door and not only was the man not irritated to go get it for us, he walked us over there, and held the flashlight for us in the cold to get the insurance photos. He was incredibly kind to take his time so late to spend a half hour helping us, not telling us to come back during business hours. After telling my husband and brother in law how great he was, it turns out he’s the owner. He runs an incredible business with top notch staff, and I’m sure Don is incredibly proud he carries the torch. We’re lucky to have a business like this in town that has values, and I’m so appreciative they made a sucky situation burn a little less. Thanks again guys!
