Update: 5-23-24 Still waiting for follow up and check from Don Johnson. I am not going away. Update: 5-19-24 Per DJ response on another of their web sites, I did specifically mention that Cumberland Tire outsourced the alignment to DJ (which a lot of other businesses have done that don’t have the equipment). I took my vehicle to a reputable alignment firm after DJ refused to admit their wrongdoing. Within 15 minutes my vehicle was correctly aligned. I’ve attached their diagram which shows “before” and “after”. Diagrams don’t lie. Still want my money back for the non alignment and two new tires that DJ incompetence ruined. Update: 5-17-24 Kinda interesting how employees of DJ give themselves 5 star reviews. Especially their service manager Kyle Finnegan who did it THREE times in the past year. Isn’t that considered bias and unethical? One review was about himself! Who does that? Update: 5-16-24 HELLO…..still waiting for my check for $150 (non alignment) and $500 for the two ruined tires. Update: 5-13-24 I took my van into a reputable alignment shop to see if indeed the rear wheels couldn’t be aligned. Guess what. They easily took care of issue within 15 minutes. They would never have left their shop in the condition that Don Johnson Service did. If it needed parts to finish the work they would’ve done it before leaving the shop (of course additional money would be in order). That’s considered part of the alignment process. I haven’t heard a peep back from Don Johnson on anything. I even emailed the service advisor and manager the diagram log my alignment showing the positive results. I couldn’t find email info for the General Manager as those people are “out of the loop”. Update: 5-10-24 I am not giving up. I did a “chat” session with their virtual assistant on on their website. I told her to tell Don and Josh to read the negative reviews and see a pattern that’s developed for the past six years.
State of the art facility. The gentleman I dealt with was very pleasant & honest in figuring out what to do.

Kenzie was great - she knows what she’s doing & is fast & efficient. I had an issue I needed to ask a mechanic about and Sam came up to the front desk & was very informative and helpful. He was very professional and very nice. I will continue to come to Cumberland for my vehicle services because of these 2..

I have 2 high mileage vehicles and really appreciate the thorough inspection they do at each oil change...had rear brakes done faster than expected and for the exact estimated price...so grateful to work with a trusted team member like Cortlund
