I highly recommend this business for the following reasons: Above and beyond exceptional customer service, professional and knowledgeable, efficient and dedicated along with reliable and honest. I was given Mike Meyer’s name from the Jason’s BP in Birchwood when I asked for a local mechanic. Mike arrived at my home with the tow truck within an hour of my call to tow my Jeep because the brakes were not working. Mike is personal and beyond committed to his job and proves it with his thorough work. Mike then delivered my car back to my home when the work was complete. The brake cables were rotted and instead of just fixing the one that was leaking, he fixed the other one that would have happened within a short time. You don’t get this type of service often and when it comes to your car, which is my livelihood, I want someone I can trust. This business is a 5 star and will exceed your expectations.

Had a flat on my vacation and didn’t have the tools to change it out. Called Countryside at 8:15am and Mike from Countryside had me road ready by 9am!!! Even made our 9:10 tee time!😁 Top Notch service.

Outstanding service. Had an accident late on Sunday afternoon. Called AAA and they couldn't find anyone in Rice Lake (?) Did a web search and found Mike at Countryside. I needed a tire changed after being T-boned by a red light runner (OK: I'm 78 and it was raining and why didn't I change it myself?). Mike was shopping but came right over, changed the tire for us and got us on our (damaged) way. What a fine, fine man and what truly excellent service. AAA and our insurance company "Roadside Assistance" would have left us finding a motel for the night. Countryside is truly great. Call them with confidence!! Oh, and, we're fine, thanks. Just a small radiation leak and we will jump down the trash compactor chute (for Star Wars/ Princess Leia fans).

Car died about 75 miles away from I needed to be late, and called around and these guys had best prices and they were very friendly and very compassionate. Was well worth it very much cared for his clients
