Called to ask a question about towing a truck and was very rude on the phone, do not recommend. I called to find out if he had the type of truck that would act like a dolly as the truck would need to be lifted up in the front as to not wreck the the transmission, because if it was winched up on a flatbed, we wouldn’t be able to get the truck off and he very rudely said don’t tell me how to do my job.

Dec 23, 2023Very insistent she needed a wrecker to tow a truck, I suggested a flatbed because it's a rear wheel drive, she disagreed, then I simply told her I could not help her and that she should call someone else. Pulling a pickup with a wrecker could damage the transmission. Good luck!
After hitting something in the road that gave us a flat, Will was very prompt & an immense help in getting us back on the road. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing roadside assistance!
Will is the man for the job. Always answers the phone, and gets you in the cue as fast as possible. Over the past years he's hooked quite a few retrievals for us and brought them to our shop quickly and in perfect shape. We don't call anyone else..
Fantastic service! Out turkey hunting off the back roads of Dane Co on a cold sleety day & my dad’s truck decided not to start. Called Trollway as Mt Horeb was the closest community. Answered immediately and even though no trucks were currently available and he wasn’t sure he’d be able to get to it that day, he wrote down our location and that of the mechanic I wanted it towed to. A few hours later I got a text message confirming the truck had been towed and the key left with the mechanic. Professional, helpful and understanding. Would use them again in a hot minute.
