Sam is the man! We were mid road trip when we decided to turn in for the night at a local hotel. When we went to continue on our journey the next morning, the van wouldn’t start. Our back doors wouldn’t even open! I called AAA & kept getting call backs about continued time delays while my family & dog sat in a steamy van while it rained outside our now defunct van. Sam came to us! That’s right! On a holiday weekend! He assessed the problem, got us going, we followed him to the shop, continued the work & drove the rest of the 300 mile trip without a hitch!
