made a stop here after receiving a strange emissions light and jeff diagnosed my problem swiftly and in simple terms and advised me to not worry about it instead of trying to milk my family for cash. Great guy and great service.
I am not from the area, but had an urgent need for a fix of my leaky tire. They were the only shop within a 30 mile radius that would get me in that morning. They were able to patch my tire and only charged me $30. So greatly appreciated!
Integrity, fair prices, good communication, and most importantly, good work. I'll never go anywhere else.

Jeff's got our van in quickly when we picked up a nail on a tire while camping and needed it plugged. The staff was prompt and friendly and got us back to our fun quickly.
Initially he gives some prices, then when paying he adds things that were not authorized and apart from that he is a very rude, misogenic and racist man. He did not want to accept my credit card for the real value and without having any announcement that he only accepts cash, he wanted to get me out of his store. Never go there are better and honest.

May 24, 2023Customer was broke down, and did not have an appointment. We squeezed her into our schedule immediately to help her out. She spoke very broken English, and wanted to know what the diagnostic fee would be. She was told, "approximately $50". She agreed to that. The total bill was $68.35 after haz mat & sales tax. The customer refused to pay anything over $50. After refusing to pay, and being combative, the owner agreed to charge her only $50, but would request it be paid in cash to avoid any credit card charge back. The customer refused to pay $50 in cash, and instead called for the police to intervene. The officer came, listened to the dispute, told the customer the business owner was being more than fair with her. Melissa then requested that the officer drive her to her bank to retrieve the cash, rather than her just walk across the street to the gas station. Other shops BEWARE!
After having been told by other auto repair stations (of those that answered their busienss phones) that they could not look at a flat tire for days or weeks,including the store where I had originally purchased the tires, Jeff's Import and Domestic Auto Repair, LLC., cheerfully answered their phone and actually asked me, "How soon can you be here?" I was knocked off my feet with that response. Twenty minutes later, I was getting my flat tire repaired. (Would have been there sooner but it took five minutes to put enough air into the leaking tire to get to their shop.) Customer service at it's finest. Customer service as it was meant to be. Customer service with a smile and an actual concern to fixing the problem as quickly as possible. I spent the majority of my working life in customer service both at a retail and distributor level. JEFFS AUTO REPAIR SAVED OUR VACATION!! I live about 3.5 hours from Baraboo, when on the way home from a vacation in the Dells, my car began shaking viciously on the highway. My insurance company couldn’t find a tow company to tow my car for over an hour and every mechanic shop they tried to tell me to get the car towed to (when they eventually would get there with the tow truck) was also telling us they couldn’t help us. My husband began calling different shops and called Jeff, he was located 8min from where we broke down and after my husband explained that we’re trying to get home with our two kids he told us if we could get the car there he could look at it. We drove the car shaking to Jeff’s, he had us in, fixed and back on the road in 45MIN!! We were able to make it home for my husband to coach our daughters team and many stressors were avoided thanks to Jeff’s willingness to help and speedy response!
