Car looks terrific!! However, getting my sister's car done took way too long...and, he took forever to even start working on the third car and never finished - we needed the car! I feel like he owes me a free detailing...

Rich was very kind. I think he’s the only person who works at the shop so I understand the workload. I dropped of my vehicle at 9am, dropped the key off at the key box. They texted few minutes later that they received my car and have started the work. When I made the appointment they told me the drop off time is 9am and pick up us at 5pm. At 4:30, I was getting ready to pick it up when Rich texted that he’s getting a little behind and it’ll be ready by 7pm. Very inconvenient for me, but I had no choice. I said ok, getting closer to 7pm. He said it’ll be done at 8pm and he offered to drop it off. I put my daughter to bed at 7pm so I couldn’t really be out and about that late so I said yes to dropping off. The car was pulled into my driveway past 9pm. The vehicle itself was super shiny, interior was cleaned. It did smell like smoke, it wasn’t smoke in, it just smelled like smoke. I’m guessing a staff member that smokes cleaned it maybe that’s why. No biggie. The one thing I didn’t like was that my car was returned at 4 hours after promised time. FOUR hours. They had from 9am until 9pm. The only thing that brought me to this place was the positive reviews I read and did my research and decided to use this business. Had I known they take 12 hours for detailing and return the vehicle so late at night, I would not have used their services. I was very close to reporting it stolen just because of the fact that it took 12 hours. My vehicle wasn’t that dirty to begin with, free of clutter too , I just didn’t like the fact it was returned so late at night. It just didn’t set right. Would I use this business again? Probably if no other business has availability, but likely not. Would I recommend this to a friend? Probably. I would have preferred them completing the task within timely manner. For $250, typically it takes about 5-8 hours for the job to get done. Rich was very respectful, apologetic and kind throughout whole process, though.

Huge shout out to Richwho was able to squeeze me in last minute onna Friday afternoon to get my car exterior show ready for a Saturday morning car show. He did a great job washing it and taking off 1k miles of road grime from driving home to see family. Highly recommend giving him a ring and seeing if he can take care of your ride as well!

I'm so glad I found this company. In one night my dogs vomited and caused me to spill orange soda on my passenger seat and Rich was able to clean it up like nothing happened. Thank you so much for your kind service and reasonable pricing.

New in town and trying to patronize local businesses. If they are all this thorough and accommodating, that will be easy to do. Car was in need of a lot of TLC when I brought it in. Looks amazing now!

An amazing job!! Far exceeded my expectations and the fact he came to my home for it was awesome. The truck is a work truck in a gravel pit and was filthy. I wish I had taken some before pictures! I highly recommend this company and will be using them again!
