Ken is the absolute best service manager I’ve ever met. We had a flat tire in the Dells right as we were about to leave town. Called Ken and he was able to help us right away. The store was busy, so Ken did the repair himself! We were so beyond thankful for his kindness, professionalism, and speedy repair!!! What a positive ending to such a crummy situation!
