Victoria is excellent. Not real pushy on the upsell. I appreciate that and as a result I was more inclined to agree to some of the items. Your parts guy (didn’t get his name) was so helpful in helping me locate a broken door lock item and arranged to have it put on while I was waiting for my service to be completed. These are great representatives for your company.

They were polite and communicated appropriately. They recommended replacement of my tires, which had less than 10k miles on them and did not need replacement. They recommended replacement of several other things as well, which was excessive. Despite recommending 4 services which had not been requested, they didn’t say a word about an open recall on the vehicle, which had an immediate fix available (as it turns out, the notice came in the mail less than 24 hrs after the oil change). It could have been addressed at the time, but now I have to make another appointment to fix that issue.
