Rich is very knowledgeable and took ample time to go through the entire inspection. He then set up when the maintenance should be completed and what items are on a list to watch. I highly recommend going to see him.

Called in to get an alignment and an oil change, but the knowledgable staff member that helped me over the phone informed me that I did not need either, and that the previous sho I had been to was scamming me. These guys are extremely honest and have whats best for the customer in mind. Definitely earned a new customer and I'll be telling all my friends and family to go here!

Eagle Automotive (Rich) does fantastic work! He recently repaired a stuttering engine on Mini Cooper. Not only did Rich finish my repair on the afternoon of my appmt, he also the time to show me the parts that went bad and explained why parts went bad. Let me just say as a woman and single parent if you are looking for a trust worthy mechanic please choose this man. Unfortunately I'm moving in a few days and he's closed until after I move. So, I had to take my car in somewhere else to be worked on for my long drive. This other place magically tried charging me for all these other things which aren't imperative. 8k I declined the things that can wait and wound up paying 4600. I'm fully aware it was the she's a woman let's squeeze her approach. Eagle automotive, same repairs, quoted me 1700. So, for any female or non female... if you're looking for trustworthy and honest and someone who isn't raking you over the coals for money choose this man.

Rich installed tires I had bought from an online retailer. He did a fantastic job. The online retailer I can't say the same for. Rich also diagnosed a suspension issue I had. I would highly recommend eagle automotive!!
