When a business talks about being old school, honest, fair to customers and on and on, it's mostly just sales talk. With Daddio's, it's not just talk, from the moment you're greeted by Anna, you know that she has deep knowledge of her job and the automotive repair industry. Tony, is amazing, he explains why you need or don't need things done on your vehicle, even if other Select places in Point tell you that you do. I needed a Timing Chain Cover Gasket and Water Pump, which is an expensive job. He explained and walked me through the process and at that point I understood, I found my mechanic, and the serch for an honest auto repair shop was over. If you're looking for a shop you can eat off the floor, this is not for you. It's old school, honest, hardworking and fair, and they do an amazing job from Anna's customer service to Tony and his crew's talent. So many times reviews sound fake or friend written. Read my review and give Daddio's a shot, you will be writing the exact same review... they are that amazing, hones, and everything they claim to be.

Was nervous taking the car to a shop in a new town, grateful to have found Daddio's! Anna is friendly and informative, they're able to get you in in a timely manner and they're honest and fair with their pricing. For someone who is EXTREMELY untrusting of mechanics, I'm glad I found this place.

somebody should tell that Woman behind the desk to keep her Opinion to herself . is that not what you do when you run a business ? this morning she had a Attitude because i used the word dumb . give me a stinking break . i did not say that to her .i would never go there with my Vehicle .what is she , a Saint ?

When someone is treating them poorly in my presence -- I will always stand up for them. That's how I run my business. My "opinion" to speak up and be protective is not an unreasonable one. And while I most certainly am not a Saint, I am a decent human being who could see how your words were impacting the person you were saying them to. I hope, in time, you'll be able to see that speaking up for someone being treated poorly isn't so much an "attitude" as a hallmark of being a decent human being. Took advantage of the free oil change for veterans, and was extremely satisfied! I’ll definitely be doing business with them in the future to support their veteran owned business, and to show my appreciation of their generosity

I am absolutely impressed with them. I just returned from a military deployment, and my wife hadn't driven my truck for a few weeks. On our way through the area, my caliper started to seize up. We called them and they were able to squeeze us into their schedule. Very accommodating for us, as we were only passing through! 100% would recommend them. Didn't take long and they gave us a honest quote. Can't express any more how grateful my wife and I are for them. Utilize them. They are honest, good people.

Daddio’s OnPoint is our go-to auto repair shop! I was skeptical about finding an honest and reliable shop in Point, but they have been nothing but amazing to us. They have been super accommodating to me and my parents and their staff is always friendly. I have never had a bad experience and I would recommend them to anyone who wants someone they can trust.

I've used Daddio's several times over the last few years, including large repairs, tire replacements, brake repair, regular inspections, and oil changes. They've always treated me with respect, kindness, and offered fair deals. They explain things well without treating me like an idiot for not being particularly knowledgeable about auto maintenance and always double check before committing to repairs or work. 100% recommend this shop.

Went looking for a place after I felt hosed by a different local shop, and man did I hit a home run here. Veteran Owned and I love to support those businesses, and holy transparency Batman. They make it easy for even a layman to understand and they explain every charge and why you’re paying it. The work was completed on a very reasonable timetable and every touchpoint I had with them was positive. I could not recommend Daddio’s more. I will go out of my way to send people there and I plan to return myself next time I have a vehicle issue.
