Wow! Rude staff.
I hit a deer with my truck and had it towed here and they were great to work with. Got the truck back in a timely manner and it looks and drives perfect.
I was simply amazed with their service. I dropped my truck off to get a new window and mirror. They had it done in 3 hours. Bruce was very courteous and friendly. I would definitely recommend them.
I can not express enough how impressed I am with Southwest Collision. I was rear ended in my brand new truck. The back end was completely smashed in and the frame was bent. Tracy in the office has great customer service skills and always made me feel important and heard when I called. Bruce was amazing at getting me a quote quickly and working with the insurance companies to get everything approved and moving forward. He was great at communicating and keeping in contact with me to let me know what was going on and getting me updated timelines. Both Bruce and Kent took the time to go over everything with me when I had questions and did a walk around with me so they could show me exactly what was going on for repair. Kent was above and beyond amazing fixing everything and reassuring me throughout the process. He never seemed bothered when I stopped to ask questions. He made it a lot less stressful and I felt like the truck was in great hands the entire time! I would 100% recommend Southwest Collision Center. I can't thank them enough for how great they all are!
