Stopped filling fluids when I got oil changes. Stopped hole punching the card that gives every 5th oil change free. Turned my dash lights off and didn’t say anything about it there was no reason to mess with them

I really wasn't looking to buy a new truck, but due to a mechanical issue with my F-150 and nearing the end of its warranty I decided to give the new Ram 1500's a look since that is what I was given as a loaner at the time. I really like that Ram and discussed with Julie Simon about trading in my 150 on the Ram. Julie was very courteous and gracious in dealing with my hesitancies about spending so much on a new truck! Thanks Julie for understanding!! Julie was a no pressure saleswoman and only responed to me when I asked questions of her. I appreciated the fact she did not put me under any pressure and allowed me to work through things that I needed to. All in all I had a great experience with Julie and Fillback! When it came time to sign the paperwork we were in and out of the dealership at about 40 minutes. Again Julie and Shawn had all the paperwork ready to go with no delays.
