Take you car here. 10/10 recommend. Had a bearing go out on me and this was one of the places that could do it soonest which is what brought me there. They fixed bearing and were flexible on the timing/logistics of my schedule. I was very impressed when I went in and they talked me through what they found me and showed me the old parts. I would highly recommend them for any issues, repairs or even maintenance in the Ashland area. I would return here in a heartbeat.
I had noticed a flapping sound under my Kia Sorento while driving on the interstate. When I got to our destination in Ashland, I stopped at Ken's Auto to see if they could take a look at it. It was examined and fixed in 15-20 minutes and I was charged a very fair amount for the work. The sound is gone now. I would definitely return as service and friendliness were both great.
Always on time, true to estimates and honest good work. Very friendly service.
