Great services and friendly
My car car repaired by Visions after being rear-ended. After work was completed, I had to take my vehicle back for numerous problems after being “repaired.” There was overspray from them repainting the rear, and told me to buy a product to fix it. Really?? There was also a lot of unusual sounds that I went unaddressed. So I took my vehicle to a Ford dealership and was quoted over 5k in repairs from shorty work Visions did. Some of the noises that they didn’t fix was water floating around in the tailgate from a seal that wasn’t fixed!! If your looking for collision repair, stay away from Visions! UPDATE FROM THEIR RESPONSE: Consider the source they say. Visions reply to my previous review was incredibly inappropriate, and potentially illegal including a link to someone’s personal Facebook. How inappropriate for a business to reply to a review and include a link to the customers Facebook, but can’t even get the right person! To address their point about bringing the car in, I brought it in 2-3 separate times to Visions to have my vehicle fixed, to which it was not. And to prove their other point, I did contact my insurance.

Dec 24, 2023Actually Cameron, that's not fair at all. The last time we spoke was when you notified us of the "noise" problem, and you brought it back for us to address it. We found the interior panel problem, tended to it, test drove the vehicle again with you again, and the noise could not be reproduced. When you left with with the vehicle, we assumed all was well. If you weren't satisfied with it, or any work we did you had 2 choices, you could contact us again, let us know what your concern was, and give us a chance to work on it again, or you could have contacted your insurance company, who paid for it, and let them know there was a problem. You took it upon yourself, went somewhere else, and aren't happy with the outcome. At Visions, we have always stood behind the work we do, and always will, never turned our back on anyone. If you are having problems with your Bronco, please have the decency to contact us personally. If it's a problem related to the repair, it's our job to fix it, and we sure will. Also, I find it hard to believe that it leaked water, or caused $5000 in damage, and nobody here told you to buy anything in regard to the repair, you were given some free car care advice for your own benefit. Lastly to anyone that reads this review and our response, You can make most of the people happy most of the time, but you can't make everybody happy all of the time, always consider the source. https://www.facebook.com/cameron.day.5473
Highly recommend Kyle and team. Work was completed very well and without delay. Courteous, friendly, and responsive.
Met this man off line. I live in Indiana. Drove all the to him 5 hour drive great honest sincere guy. Would definitely do business with him again

Less than acceptable. Sadly he requires insurance to pay 100% up front. Once money is received nothing else matters. After forgotten appointments I finally paid another shop to readjust the doors so they were able to open and close properly, put the molding on after ordering replacement clips to replace the 18 missing clips, sand down the doors and repaint to remove the missing paint spots and runs in the paint. The door panel wasn't even put on correct. New damage to the vehicle from the tools used to incorrectly put my doors on also needed to be fixed. As if the damage from the deer wasn't stressful enough, what followed was worse.
Thank you John and the entire Visions team for being a part of our 79 Bronco restoration journey! This truck is special to us. We bought her as a father-son project and a lot of love has gone into her so far. She is a fun truck to take out for a drive and turns heads wherever she goes. We appreciate your attention to detail on matching the original paint colors. It was important to us to keep her original, while fixing the imperfections. Your communication along the way was priceless. John did a great job with setting up a Messenger chat with us and his team working on the vehicle. They shared pictures, next steps, and asks questions along the way. It was a great way to keep in touch, get updates, pictures, and ask questions without needing to call or stop in. Thank you for making the process easy and fun to follow along. It was exciting every time new sets of photos came through. Well done Visions team, she looks great!
