They could not have picked a better business name. My 2014 Impala's driver side was smashed in. From the initial quote to pick up, I was always informed of costs, parts, time, and the process. I even added in an extra service for panels that looked like they were sun damaged and it was no problem. I was so surprised when I picked up my car, I cried. It looked better than it did before the accident! Since this wasn't an insurance claim, I was nervous about the price, especially since my son was paying for it. Fortunately, Meticulous is honest and fair and does fantastic work. It's very obvious that Brent and Kaitlyn take pride in their work and can handle crabby customers (Initially, I was so upset about my car, sorry guys). They also told me to call if I have any issues. They did a great job repainting my rear spoiler. The color match is significantly better than what I had from a previous shop, along with the overall quality.

My daughter got into a small fender bender a week before leaving for South Korea, so I was tasked with getting her car fixed. I originally went to a large dealership auto body, waste of time. Brent/Meticulous, was recommended by a friend. They made it so easy, Brent worked directly with my insurance company. The car looks better then when it was purchased. They went above and beyond and buffed out the film on the passenger headlamp, which wasn't even the side that was hit. Would highly recommend and definitely go back.
