I’d prefer to never leave a negative review, but I’m hoping that this local and well established Hartland business works on their customer service skills. Recently our shop in Waukesha closed so I thought I’d “buy local”. My first visit (and likely last) ended with the owner telling me they could not look at a nail in a tire today or even the next month since they are short staffed? I guess it was not the fact that they couldn’t or wouldn’t work ion it, it was his dismissive attitude!!
