Sloppy work and people from the front desk not really helpful.. They never return calls back..

I would highly encourage brining your vehicle here for repair. The staff was very accommodating with my service needs and allowing me to continue using the vehicle until the repair date versus leaving it there for who knows how long and dealing with a rental. Not only did they do a great job on the repair, but it looks as if they even cleaned my car out for me!

The Milwaukee location should be a model for all their other locations. They were professional, patient and explained every step through the repair process. I visited the Meqone location and experienced clear racism by the receptionist. When I walked in she didnt even acknowledge me until after I shared that I was sent there by Progressive and that I had a 2pm appt to drop off my car for repair. She then said you shouldn't be here and so I walked out and called Progressive and told them about what I had just experienced.They, then referred me to the Milwaukee location.

Don’t bring your car here !!! Unless you want dents and scratches that your vehicle didn’t originally have ! Upon inspection of the repair of my vehicle i spotted a few dent and scratches that my car didn’t have prior to me dropping the car off. I have photos from the day I dropped my car off and proceeded to show them to the lady who was showing me the repair . She wouldn’t even look at the photos and completely denied any wrongdoing on their part. Took her about 45mins to come show me some phony check list of dents my car supposedly had prior to the repair. To add to that ,Horrible customer service ! I was given attitude for asking about status updates . I Was originally told my car would take 3-5 days which ended up being 14 days . I wouldn’t have had a issue had they told me it would be 2 weeks but instead they gave me the run around telling me the part would be in tomorrow everyday for 2 weeks straight. In the end I would not have minded them dragging had they not damaged my cars hood in the process of them repairing my bumper. To top everything off they managed to rip the entire left side of my seat cover off somehow ! If you plan on bringing your car here please take plenty of photographs of the interior and exterior of your vehicle and good luck ! I pray you have a better experience than mine

Great customer service. Excellent work done on my 2014 GMC Sierra. Very fast and informative through the whole process. Worked with me to save me money after my insurance company failed me. I highly recommend taking your vehicle here if you need any body repair.
