I would give these guys 10 stars if possible, and that still wouldn't be enough! I called to schedule an appointment for my Mercedes Sprinter that had 3 dents on the slider door. This is a work van, but I like to keep it looking good. I texted the photos to Acci-Dent and they got back to me in 2 minutes with a quote. I came in, and met Mike, who has over 20 years of experience in paintless dent removal. He got me in within minutes and even allowed me to hang out while he was doing the work. His passion for this industry really showed by him walking me through the process of what he was doing step by step (although most of it went over my head, haha). He finished his work, and changed me less than what I was quoted. Disclaimer: I am someone who cares deeply for my vehicles and I do all of my own work on them. I rarely trust anyone at all to work on them. However, I 100% trust Mike at Acci-Dent. He really knows what he is doing AND is passionate about doing the best job possible.

Exceptionally pleased! Simple on-line appointment and set up. The level of service and the quality of work exceeded my expectations. It was refreshing to deal with honest people that value the customer and take pride in their work. Six stars world be more appropriate.

Nick is the best at what he does with dents hands down. He also charges double what you can get anywhere else for the same services. He is also the best at making you believe he is a great guy but unfortunately he's an abuser of people. He used to be my idle until I figured out the truth. Unfortunately nothing is as what it seems in life especially with nick.

Absolutely amazing work! 10/10. Price was less than expected. Professional and friendly staff. They were worried about the location of the damage but absolutely nailed it. This was my first PDR experience. They will be my goto for any dents or dings in the future.

They do phenomenal work. Nick and Mike were fantastic. I had them pull about 7-8 dents out of a 2017 Camaro. I'm very particular about my cars and they made it look almost new again. Great service, great pricing, fast turnaround (same day). Couldn't be happier. I highly recommend them for any of your PDR needs.

Overall great work done on my wrx, this is the 2nd car I have brought here as I knew they did an awesome job in the past. BUT….. Unfortunately I don’t think this shop can be trusted with your car. When dropping my car off I reset the mileage and boost - I do this anywhere I go to make sure no mechanics take the car for a joy ride. Upon picking up my car , I discovered someone drove it over a mile and the boost was completely maxed out. That’s way passed being disrespectful to someone else’s property…. My car should have only been moved from the front of the parking lot to the back of the building to be worked on. Less than .1 mile drive. Getting a dent repaired does not prompt for a test drive. I will not be bringing any more vehicles to this business in the future. Will not recommend to others.
