Took my hub and spindle assembly to get bearings pressed in. After 3 and a half hours I received my spindle and hub back new bearing broken and also intire spindle assembly bent and ruined completely. I had to purchase a new spindle assembly and had to refurbish it and press another new bearing in it. Not only would Jake,s auto repair not pay for the damaged parts but refused to pay for any of it. Costing me a lot of time and money out of my own pocket to fix what he damaged. Never have i been to a shop that not only doesn't fix what you initially needed but damages and expensive part of your vehicle then refuse to pay for any of it or make it right. Jake threatened me to pay for the 3.5 hours of labor it took to crush and bend my spindle assembly. And told me that the shop i took it to to fix his mess bent the spindle with a hammer. So now I am left with forking out 100s of dollars and a used rusty spindle that will need bushings soon all for a mess up that wanst my fault nor responsibility.

Bought a vehicle from dealership. I knew about the codes he had in sticker but when the car breaksdown 3 days later and it's a $5000 repair and we offer Jake just to fix vehicle and that we don't have a problem help paying for it and he refuses. That goes to show that Jake really doesn't care about the customer and his reputation as a dealer . No hard feelings Jake just wanted you to do the right thing and you didn't!! That goes to show your character as a man . Have a good one Jake and good luck in your future business.

I had an excellent experience at Jake’s. He listed a truck I really liked. I needed to sell my truck first. Jake kept in communication with me the entire time knowing I really wanted the truck. He even marked it pending when I knew I had my truck sold but needed a couple days. Felica was able to send me the contract electronically so I could get the process going at the bank. He then picked me up at the location of the person I sold my truck to which saved me lining up transportation. Jake is the “ real deal”. I think the the people bashing him was looking for something cheapy cheapy. You get what you pay for, or in their case they didn’t want to pay for. Felica was great in completing the paperwork and I was on my way in no time with the truck I really wanted. Jake and Felica got a five star from me. I usually don’t do 5 stars. I feel there is always room for improvement. I couldn’t think of anything they missed with my experience. I’ll definitely refer Jake’s Auto and Repair!
