From the moment I stepped into Caliber Collision, I was greeted warmly and welcoming. The girls who examined my car were awesome and those that worked on my car made it look better than before. They communicated the whole step of the process, and even when I had to return to have a problem fixed, they were so helpful and nice. I never have experienced such customer service from any mechanic or auto place before.

Hands down the best experience I've ever had with auto repair! Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the process and most importantly, their work is incredible! I was initially told by another shop that my paint color was the hardest to match so I was a bit nervous, but it honestly looks brand new. I loved being kept up to date throughout the repair process, and finding that my interior had been vacuumed and wiped down was the cherry on top. Thank you all so much!!

They worked with me with my Nissan even though I had to reschedule my repair a few times. They got me a quote quickly and when they repaired it was done sooner than expected. To be fair it was a bumper and fender liner that needed replacement, so nothing huge. Staff was very polite and explained the repairs before and they also texted updates where they were with repairs. They also explained aftercare for the repairs. Overall great job
