Paid $100 flat for a tow from hwy 41 back to their shop to be held overnight which is not a bad price at all, but when I came to pick it up this morning my front end was ripped halfway off my car.

Absolutely the best people! Jason and Alyssa are the honest, fair, and kind. Anytime I need repairs done- this is where I go! You know you aren’t going to get taken advantage of here like at other mechanics. If you haven’t come here for your repairs, you are going to the wrong place!

I was on the shoulder of the highway, waiting for AAA to help with a tire blowout, when Wayne saw me and pulled up behind to block my tiny car to make sure I wouldn't get clipped by the traffic. He waited for about 20 minutes to make sure I was safe and taken care of. True proof there are still good people in the world!

Have gone to A & W Towing twice for emergency fixes. First in December for a tow and to fix rear lower control arms. And just this week for an a/c compressor replacement. Jason quoted the full price (parts and labor) and how long it would take. He was spot on with the time and both times I paid less than what was quoted. Also Alyssa is friendly and answers any questions that she can deferring to Jason if she doesn’t. They are a great team with high integrity.

Called A&W to have my truck towed to a local Mechanic shop, they were there within 30 minutes. Driver was super friendly, prices were real reasonable, would recommend. Great locally owned shop!

Towed my vehicle from a dealership, damaged both the lip and front bumper. I took pictures before the tow and also have a video of my front end from the dealership diagnostic being in great condition before Tyler towed it. I asked if there was someone who could help relieve the situation and was told “good luck proving it” I then asked for an insurance card and was told to call the office. I have called the office and nobody has answered. EDIT*** I spoke with I believe Jason and the issue was resolved immediately. The lip is being replaced and things are made right. I do appreciate them correcting the problem very quickly. I understand accidents happen and they do too. I was quick to write a bad review before giving a chance to call back and correct the problem. I appreciate A&W for making things right.
