My hubby loves this store. Very friendly, helpful & willing to help out
made an online purchase and was charged, wrong part came. went to advanced and nobody could help me in person until after lunch. went back after lunch and they still couldn’t help. waited an hour while they called people and did a manual return for less than i paid. the part never showed it was shipped in the system. took the lesser amount just to be done. a month later my card was charged again, but it fell off. now a couple of weeks later i was charged yet again. now they say i never paid for it in the first place. this has been messing my bank account up for several weeks disrupting my funds and cutting me short. when they charged me for the second time i thought someone stole my card information and i had my card stopped and had to get another card. and now that i’m charged a third time i never paid at all and it’s all my fault. i am done shopping at advanced auto parts, i will go to the parts store next to it for all my needs.
