VERY professional. Efficient & skilled work!
Edit- I was not screaming. I was upset because what was the point of the salesman taking my information to call me as soon as it was fixed? And- had he suggested we put money down, we probably would have. I would have been absolutely happy to come right down if the salesman had called and said it was fixed. Like I said lesson learned. Very disappointed to have a vehicle sold out from under us. We test drove a vehicle on Monday, the engine light came on- a sensor needed to be fixed. Gave the salesman my phone number and asked him to call me once it was fixed we were very interested in it. He said it should be fixed by Wednesday. I called Wednesday morning when they opened, as we were intending on going back and purchasing it if it was fixed. I had to leave a message-only to receive a call back and the vehicle had been sold the day before. Had the salesman called me we would have been right back down there. I wasn't aware I had to put money down on a vehicle that needed to be fixed just to hold it. Lesson learned.

Sep 24, 2023maam, i told you on the phone that we run a first come first serve basis here. You cant be mad at us if someone came in with 14,000 cash and bought the truck that you didnt put any money down on to have us hold it for you. how rude you were on the phone to my employees, was very unnecessary. i apologize that you feel that we sold it from underneath you. But i have a business to run you cant be angry that someone beat you to it. every dealership opperates the same way. if you want a vehicle you got to put money down to show that your serious and we can hold it. It was a very nice truck and i understand your angry cause you werent able to buy it. But i did offer that we could sell you another truck or help you find one. i would still be willing to help you out best i can. but again how you were screaming on the phone at us was very uncalled for.
Drove almost an hour after talking with someone about looking at a vehicle. They weren’t there at 9:40am. I was told I can wait til 11am or come back.

Aug 24, 2023This is the owner nick, I apologize about that. I didn’t know that you were showing up at 9:40am to look at a vehicle. Had to run to do some errands till noon. Jordan is at auction today won’t be back till the afternoon. its just the two of us. You’re welcome to come back to check out the vehicle further. We aren’t a huge dealership with tons of employees so i apologize for that. Hope you understand. Thanks.
Great guys. Not expensive at all to get my brakes done
Thanks to Nick and his staff (didn’t get the name of the guy that finalized the paperwork with us). Everyone was professional and respectful and made it an easy process. Held a vehicle for us while we were getting financing without even a down payment and allowed us to come after hours to finalize paperwork and purchase truck. There was a slight issue found after purchase and Nick righted it right away. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.
