My car broke down just outside of Waupaca. I called Waupaca and spoke with Steve and he said he would get someone right out to me. Less than a half hour later tow truck driver Brandon showed up to tow my car to their shop. They were able to give a reliable diagnosis in a short time and realized that I would have to go to the dealership to get it fixed. Brandon was then able to give me, my mother, and the dog a ride back to Appleton with the car. He was a very nice guy who went above and beyond to help. Carol was very kind at the desk to set up everything with AAA. Thank you all for making what could have been awful as good of experience as anyone should expect. Well done!
