The auto repair area was very busy, but they took the time to cut my badly blown tire off the rim and mount a new one. The employees were courteous and extremely helpful. Thank you Fleet Farm Auto Service employees. You are top notch!
Counter person in tirecenter told me to go into the store and pick up a tire on a rim to save money. That would be great if you carried front tires on rims for zero turn mowers. I had to purchase the tire and take it to the tire center to be mounted. I believe the only tires on rims similar to this size are wheel barrow tires. Not the best customer service experience, made my visit much longer than necessary.
We called the night before we came to Fleet Farm in Plover to make sure they had the lawn mower tires we were looking for and that they would be able to put them on the rims. When we got to the store last Friday they did not have the tires we needed. We contacted the fleet farm in Waupaca and they stated they had the tires so I drove there and indeed they did have the tires but their Tire Center refused to put them on and said I would have to wait till the next day or after. We drove 45 minutes from our house to the Plover location, and another 30 minutes to the Waupaca location. I went back to the Plover location and explain the situation to the tire center and they agreed to put the tires on the rims. All in all a two and a half hour round trip and a lot of hassle so wasn't real pleased when I left Fleet Farm.
