Wilson carstar repaired my semi truck 3 1/2 years ago and did a fabulous job. When I called to get information on that repair they were so kind, considerate and very helpful. I highly recommend this great shop and crew.
I was totally satisfied with Kyle's friendly service, they replaced the back window in my truck and did an excellent,speedy job! They even cleaned inside of truck and gave me tips on how to preserve the body!

Auto body repair is complete. The invoice came in over the estimate given to my insurance. The two companies are disagreeing on the payment. For them to release my car to me today they have requested that I pay the difference. The difference should be between them and my insurance and not hold my car hostage.

May 24, 2023Sorry that you feel that way but you as the owner are responsible for the cost of the repairs not the insurance company. Your insurance policy is a contract between you and the company you chose. We are not contracted with them but you as a customer. We are attempting to get them to pay the full amount so that you don’t have to. You are more than welcome to pay the bill in full as that is actually your responsibility. It’s not the collision industry’s fault that people are not educated on how this actually works. Just like the medical field you as the patient are responsible for the total bill not the insurance company you chose. That’s why most times there are additional paid costs by the patient. The collision/ car insurance is no different.
