Had a quote on a repair they tried but couldn't correct the problem. Sadly even tho I left with the same problem they charged me the full price as they quoted to fix it. I feel they shouldn't have charged me but half of the quote. I don't recommend them

Mar 23, 2024I'm sorry you feel that way Brian. We spent over the allotted time trying to fix it and didn't charge for that extra time. We also gave you reduced rates. And the last thing I would like to mention is that your truck did leave here in better shape then when it came in. When it came in the sunroof was not sealed. When it left, it was sealed. I'm sorry we couldn't make it work properly but you didn't want to spend the money on the extra parts needed to fix it properly so we did what we could do with what had to work with.

I've never dealt with a business as bad as this! I dropped off my vehicle Sunday June 5th, as they were supposed to start working on it June 6th. I called June 9th, as they had told me it would be done by June 10th, I was told that the quarter panel wasn't able to be repaired, & they had to order a new one. I was told it would be ready on the 17th. Called on the 16th & was told that the quarter panel was welded in, & doing the bondo on it, & would be ready on the 21st. My husband called the 21st, & was told that they were just getting ready to weld the quarter panel in, & that they had to do the bondo, prime, & paint & would be ready on the 24th!?? So I was lied to when I called the week before!! Today is the 29th & now they don't know when it will be ready. There has been absolutely no communication from them, & they get upset when we call to see when our main vehicle for a family of 3 will be done. They don't provide courtesy cars, & know this is my only vehicle!
