So, I swung by Gerber Collision and Glass in Kingsford to get some work done on my SUV, and let me tell you, it was a total letdown. First off, the prices they were throwing around were way too steep for what they were offering. And don't even get me started on the quality of the work – it was seriously lacking. I expected top-notch service, but what I got was far from it. To make matters worse, the customer service was pretty much non-existent. The staff seemed like they couldn't care less about my concerns and were about as helpful as a broken pencil. It left me feeling frustrated and completely underwhelmed. Honestly, save yourself the trouble and steer clear of Gerber Collision and Glass in Kingsford. There are way better places out there that actually give you bang for your buck and treat you like a valued customer. Not up to my usual April Engman standards.

Very complicated to get a window

Have had PLENTY of cars fixed here (personal and business) and every time, I am more than happy with the result. They do a phenomenal job and I will absolutely go back every time for further repairs in the future. Always very kind and professional. Very quick with their work, and they give awesome updates on the status of your vehicle. Thanks again for always doing a great job.

My husband hit a deer with my car and after waiting a few weeks to get it in I was told they can take up to 10 days, going into the 4th day I call for an update and was told that the estimate showed 10 days and it will be available by next Wednesday but I think they are pushing it out because I’m paying out of pocket for the rental I have and if I it was covered under the insurance they would be getting it done a lot quicker to save themselves money. Hopefully they will do an amazing job on my car and make me feel like paying 300 dollars on a rental will be worth it.

It took about a month to get my car into the Gerber shop, but I can understand why now. The work they put into the vehicle was exceptional; not only was the exterior damage fixed, they went the extra step and detailed the interior - it looked brand new again! They also kept me included on their progress and was done in a short 5 days - the rental was nice too! I cannot recommend them enough! As long as I can, I will continue to go to them for any of my vehicles needs. Thanks again!
