My first experience was awesome. They explained everything to a t. They know what there doing. They give you a estimate on what else they find wrong. And somethings they told me I knew already. Yes I will go take my car back to them. I will also tell my family and friends to go there.

Our daughter at NTC was having oil pressure issues. She dropped it off on the weekend, was able to get a next day assessment by booking online. They were thorough but honest without charging an arm and a leg. They also gave her useable tips to watch for as her car is aging but didn’t prompt her to get extra services done. I bought new tires from the Lube place in October 2023 and a week later had an alignment scheduled here. Found out I needed a lot of things replaced first. Paid over $4000 for new joints and shocks plus the 4 wheel alignment. Well once the snow came found out the car pulled from all directions and tired lost 1/4in in the inside because the alignment was never done. Took my car someplace else and paid to get the alignment done right. Now need to get my tires tread even out. Not happy to pay more money to get the the 4 wheel alignment I was suppose to get!
