Had my 4 year old vehicle fully detailed the other day by Derbs. Dropped it off she gave me a ride home and told me I could pick it up later after she explained thoroughly what she would do. Roxy gave me a call later letting me know it was finished and I could pick it up when I was ready. I showed up at the close of business and talked with her for a while and said its after hours i should get going. It's no big deal! She says I had to get it out of their inside showroom facility that they do the detailing in. The new showroom that they just finished a remodeling project is a beautiful experience for a customer and makes your vehicle look like you are driving a new car off a car lot. When I looked at my car I was amazed on how clean and what a wonderful job she did...The vehicle looked better than the day I bought it!!! What an awesome job...I even said could we put it on your lot to sell I dont even want to take it on the road...My wife and I would/will highly recommend to anyone to get your vehicles done here..I am setting an appointment up for my other vehicle in the near future....GREAT JOB KUBLY'S

I was so happy with their service. They walked me through their review and patiently explained the problems. Even worked with me to get a list of needed repairs and the quotes so I can work on the issues easier by knowing what needed to be done first and how we can get them fixed.

Best customer service they were so friendly. The detail was affordable and they did a wonderful job my suv looks brand new again.

In the past month and a half, we've had to take all 4 of our vehicles for service! Every time we got prompt appointments. We appreciated the updated calls when additional parts were needed or recommended. Whenever we asked about the additional cost, it was always spot on with the final bill. Tracy is always friendly on the phone or in person and is quick to answer questions or explain what the technician has done or found. Thank you!

Kubly`s Automotive has a friendly staff that does a very nice job servicing our vehicle. I really like the inspection report (with photos). They are quick at getting our vehicle in when we call, and they do very good work.

I took my 2008 Honda Accord coupe in because it was shaking under load around 60-80 mph. I told them I believed it was a cv axle. I’ve had the issue before and it felt the same. They told my it was my inner axle and a ball joint so I of course let them do it. Right cause it’s a shop and they should know what they’re doing. The car was “fixed” the next day so I went in to pick it up and I was told the shaking was fixed and safe to drive. I asked what brand of parts were used and they said they couldn’t share that with me. So I go to drive the car home and see that my front bumper was hanging and it turns out they broke my bumper clip off. Not a big deal, a zip tie will fix that, not worth complaining about. So I go to drive and feel the difference and there was no difference. The car still shook violently. I spent $850 for nothing but a broken bumper. I took it to another mechanic who showed me the obvious signs that it was the cv axle I originally thought it was and now have to replace that and add that cost onto the useless $850 already spent at Kublys. Maybe this is my fault for not shopping around and getting multiple diagnosis but either way, Kublys doesn’t look into issues. Instead it’s a guessing game to them. You want your car done right the first time take it somewhere else. From other reviews, it seems other people have good experiences with Kublys but in my case I’m not happy with what I paid for at all. Any other shop wouldn’t charge the customer for the parts replaced if the issue wasn’t fixed. I spent $850 to replace parts that were perfectly fine. Update after 5 months. Brand new cv axle installed by kublys has snapped. Cheap, low quality aftermarket parts. Not even half a year of use before the parts failed. And I got 14 years out of the oem parts before failure.

We are new to the area and were looking for an honest, good place to have work done on our cars. We have found that in Kubly’s. We trust them with all our vehicles.
