My vehicle has been with these people for a week. I was called the day after to explain my vehicle would be going into paint on Monday now here it is on Thursday a week from drop off and vehicle still has not been painted and told there is ETA. The update me they say they would give twice a week has not been communicated. Very disappointed in this place of business.

I cannot recommend this place. No one did the final inspection before we picked it up, lots of small items were not connected, coolant spilled . Transmission cooler not correctly connected After having the vehicle for almost a month they wanted another week to fix it again. Our Regular shop has it fixed in 3 hours.

Repair was excellent. They communicate with you by text to keep you updated on the status of your repair. Garrett was our main contact and he was efficient and great to deal with as was the young lady at the reception desk. Gerber was the preferred repair facility for my insurer and I was a bit hesitant to go with their selection but couldn’t be more pleased with the repair and service.

I hit a deer last fall and dropped my car off on December 27th to get it fixed. As of writing this my car has been in the shop for a month with an ETA of February 3rd to be fixed. Week after week I get calls apologizing that they are falling behind on being able to get my car done in time. They’re excuse is that they have too many cars in the shop. Holy smokes, quit taking on more work than you can handle and take care of the people who you are working on already! It should take a week or two max for you to get parts in and move it through the process, not a month or longer! I have been renting a car for the last month and I’m at my whits end! Get it together!
