Very disappointed. Dropped my vehicle off to be repaired and when I picked it up I found mint candy wrappers in my cup holder next to my empty change cup. They leave trash in your vehicle and steal stuff from you. Pretty pathetic

Had Broadway deal with my car after making an insurance claim. Having that as my only car, I asked them to get the car drivable again and then I’d wait till parts were in to finish the rest. They had my car for over a month to get it drivable again, brought my car back July 24th at 7am since that’s when I scheduled to have my body work done. They won’t answer my calls, or call me back when I leave a voicemail. Have been told the last 2-3 weeks “ yea it’ll be done this week” it’s now August 22nd, and still haven’t gotten any word on when my car will be done. Extremely disappointed in the communication, especially with this being my only car

I took my new car to the shop the get my front bumper and fender fixed and repainted. The paint job was bad and they left 2 bolts out that belong to my bumper. I called them the next day and never received a call back. Not coming here again.
