Pete was friendly and professional and able to take care of my vehicles in a timely manner. I feel his shop rate is fair and believe he will stand by the work that his shop performs. It is hard to find a good mechanic in the area, so I'd rather not post this if you know what mean😉
I experienced exceptional service from this shop. My car had a tricky electrical issue and was misfiring on a cylinder. They resolved the issue in a very short time. Exceptional service and interaction with customers!!
Great service! Highly recommend supporting this local business. Pete is a great communicator. Prices are average for the area. He specializes in foreign cars but works on anything.
They were able to get my car in on short notice, and had the issue figured out and fixed in a timely manner. Very professional folks, would highly recommend for any automotive needs in the Newfane area.
Peter laMorder is a man of integrity. Lost Mile is a shop you can trust. They sell all types of high end chip tunes and replacement turbos that can breath new life into older boosted German cars. So glad I found them…
My car broke down on Route 30 and I managed to get it to Lost Mile Automotive before it died. Pete just happened to be there on a Sunday. He told me he could have it fixed for me the next day. Since I was from out of town, I was thrilled to hear that! True to his word, Pete fixed my car by the end of the next day and I was back on the road heading home. I was very fortunate to have found this place and have Pete work on my car. He saved me a great deal of stress and money. I highly recommend Lost Mile Automotive and the work Pete does.
I had a problem during my motorcycling vacation. I pulled into Lost Mile Auto and discovered Pete and his crew. They were able to help me get back on the road and were very accommodating. Good customer service is rare these days, but not at Pete’s place. I highly recommend them.
I towed in a 2005 Nissan Titan that had sat for 6 years undriven and not maintained. Pete and his staff looked it over and made a list... a long list! $$$$ It took 2 weeks to get all the parts and another 10 days to take it apart, rebuild and test drive it. I've had it about six weeks and driven it over 1500 miles and have loved every minute of it. These guys know what they are doing! And the cost was less than buying a similar vintage with 108000 that still needed work done. I'll never buy another new vehicle as long as Pete and his technicians are in business. Great people...honest...answer questions...great explanations...I'll do it again, too, the next time I need my vehicle worked on! Thanks Pete and Jeremy!
