I called the business to service a car to replace a master cylinder for the clutch. The guy who spoke with me wasn’t friendly or cooperative. He refused to give me a quote on the service I need just because I mentioned that I ordered the part needed. He said “ I am not interested in that.” My response was that I could returned the part and I am willing to purchase it through them. He said “there is no point in that” and hung up the phone on me. I felt he was disrespected and that I was mistreated based on my accent.
First-time buyer at NPS, Great servica from Craig throughout the whole purchase experience. Although I had already researched a lot of the bikes features, Ernie took the time to explain its features in detail. Thank you and see you on the next purchase.
