Definitely will be back. In Vermont it's hard to find a trailer washout on a Saturday. Called them and it was no problem. Gentleman showed up and took care of me and gave me a goodie bag. Thank you guys for caring about us drivers.

In the freezing cold I left my lights on to my work vehicle as I was working on a customers home that has no electricity or heat the truck wouldn’t start and I couldn’t get the hood open due to rust I called and spoke with Aaron who got me a tech I’m set to come out and Josh showed up and in seconds resolved my problem was kind and professional I highly recommend this company beyond satisfied.thank you Josh and Aaron once again for you 100 star service!

The best experience I’ve ever had with a garage. A group of friendly and knowledgeable people. They had my car in and out in a little less than 2 weeks after an accident when just about everyone else quoted a month or more. I couldn’t be happier with my service :)

Excellent Crew of Operators. Very professional and knowledgeable. They've bailed me out twice this past month when I've ended up in an emergency situation and had to have a tractor trailer towed. Both times were due to electrical issues. These guys have been able to bypass the issue both times and were even courteous enough to follow me back to my terminal. The fee is a small price to pay to ensure the safety of myself and my equipment. They are honest and hardworking people. Joe was great. Woke up in the middle of the night and was there in under 2 hours when I was stuck and needed help. I highly recommend this company for all of your towing needs. Well worth the money. I wish them many more years of prosperity and success.

Previous Review Deleted and Updated. The Staff is/was absolutely friendly. Serviced our truck as Quickly as they were possible and we were on our way! Once our part arrived it was only :15 before we were on our way! Updates on our status were given frequenty and we were even given goodie bags as appreciation. I used the heavy duty wrecker service to load my trailer after my equipment broke down and TDI was more than helpful and knowledgeable in getting me loaded and back on the road! Super nice and courteous. Definitely be calling them again if I’m in the area and need assistance

I went to Wal-Mart to get my snow tires put on. They broke one of my sensors during installation. I went back the next day because one of my tires was flat and they explained that they couldn't fix it. I called here, never having been there and on a Sunday. They immediately fixed it and were nothing but professional, kind, courteous and competent. 10/10 would definitely recommend.
